Application:  

 CFine's Dispersion kneaders are used widely for the following applications:

   1）Plastic Compounds & End Products

        HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, ABS, PS, EVA Thermoplastics compounds & profiles wire covering, BMC etc.

   2）Rubber Compounds & End Products

        Natural Rubber, Synthetic Rubber Mastication of NR, IIR, SBR, CR, EPDM, Fluorine Rubber, Silicone Rubber. Rubber Tires, Packing Gaskets, Hose Belts, Shoe Sole, Sponge, Electric Wire Covering, Casters, Golf Balls, Oil Seal, Weather Strips, Water Proof Sheet, EVA, Thread Compound Battery Containers , tubes ,Conveyor belts etc.

Equipment advantages

(1)  It only takes approx 10-15 minutes for every batch .Also you can shorten or lengthen the mixing time to get a better dispersing result .Compared to the previous processing methods ,it is more efficient.

(2) The inner surface of the mixing chamber and pressing ram are sprayed with hard chrome;

  After surface treatment, the equipment has sufficient hardness to process different materials.  The service life of equipment is improved. 

(3)  Heated and cooled by electrical bar and water channel in the side wall of mixing chamber.

  The temperature probe is at the bottom of the mixing chamber, and the temperature of the material is accurately measured. Temperature heating and cooling are faster than conventional equipment.

(4)  The speed of the rotors is adjustable .  Avoid powder flying in the early stage . 

(5) The anti-leakage device adopts the mechanical shaft seal pressing technology and adopts a self-lubricating sealing ring seal, so that the sealing ring is always in a compression and sealing state during the mixing process.No leakage of powder when it is working.
